Password and login security

Your account holds your bookings, your contact details and your check-in codes, so it is worth keeping the login secure.

Forgotten your password

1. On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password.
2. Enter the email address on your account.
3. Open the reset link we send and choose a new password.

If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder and that you used the address registered on the account. If you signed up with Google or Facebook, you do not have a Flexiestays password: sign in with the same button you used to register.

Change your password

1. Sign in and go to Account settings.
2. Open Login and security.
3. Enter your current password and the new one.

Keeping the account safe

• Use a password you do not use anywhere else.
• Do not share your login or your access code with anyone outside your booking.
• We will never ask for your password by email, phone or message. If someone claiming to be Flexiestays asks for it, do not reply, and tell us.
• All payments go through our checkout, processed by Stripe. We never ask for card details by message or for a bank transfer outside the site. See safety tips and guidelines.

If you think someone else has access

Change your password straight away from Login and security, then contact us so we can check recent activity on the account and reset any access codes. Details are on the contact page.
