Create and verify your account
Sign up with your email, phone number, Facebook or Google, then verify your email and phone before your first booking. No documents are needed.
You need an account to book. It takes a couple of minutes and there are no documents to upload.
Create an account
- Go to flexiestays.com and choose Register.
- Sign up with your email address and a password, or continue with Facebook or Google.
- Add your phone number.
Verify before you book
Before your first booking we ask you to verify two things:
- Your email address. We send a link; open it and you are verified. This is the address your confirmation and check-in instructions go to, so make sure it is one you check.
- Your phone number. We send a code; enter it. This lets us reach you quickly on the day if we need to.
That is all. We do not ask for ID documents to book.
Why we verify
Verified contact details keep bookings secure for you and for the guests around you. They also mean your access code and parking details reach the right person. See your booking confirmation and check-in details.
After you sign up
- Update your name, email, phone and notification preferences at any time. See managing your account details.
- Save apartments to a wishlist and share it with the people travelling with you.
- Your bookings appear under My Trips, where you can view, change or cancel them.
Trouble signing up
If the verification email does not arrive, check your spam folder and that the address is spelt correctly. If you signed up with Google or Facebook and cannot sign in, use the same button you used to register. Still stuck? Contact us. Details are on the contact page.
