Managing and updating your account details
Verify your email and phone number before booking, and update your name, email, password and notification preferences in account settings.
Keeping your Flexiestays account verified and up to date means your booking runs smoothly and securely.
Verify your information before booking
Before you confirm a reservation we ask you to verify your email address and phone number.
- Confirming your email means you receive all booking details, check-in instructions and support updates.
- Adding and verifying your phone number lets us reach you quickly if we need to.

Edit your personal details
Once you are logged in, go to Account settings to update your details and preferences. From there you can:
- Edit your name, both legal and preferred.
- Update your email address. Only one email can be linked to an account at a time.
- Reset or change your password under Login and security. See password and login security.
- Manage your notifications and update your preferences.
