How to cancel your booking

Plans can change, and we make it simple to manage your booking. Here is how to cancel your stay and what to expect. If you only need different dates, see how to update or extend your dates first; it is often cheaper than cancelling.

Cancel a reservation on desktop

1. Go to My Trips and select the booking you want to cancel.
2. Under Reservation details, select Cancel reservation.
3. Confirm your reason for cancelling.
4. Your cancellation details and refund are shown instantly. Funds can take at least 24 hours to reach you.

Flexible cancellation policy

You benefit from one of the most guest-friendly policies on the market:

• Cancel 7 or more days before check-in gives you a full refund, no questions asked.
• Cancel within 7 days of arrival and a partial refund may apply.
• Refunds are processed quickly and returned to your original payment method.

If you have a problem during your stay

• Contact us straight away and our team will work to fix the issue.
• If it cannot be resolved, you may request a partial refund or a full cancellation refund, depending on the circumstances.

Check your refund before cancelling

Before you confirm a cancellation we always show you exactly how much will be refunded. The refund will never exceed the amount you have paid at the time of cancellation. For timings, see refunds and how long they take. The full rules are in the guest cancellation policy.
