How to update or extend the dates of your stay

Sometimes plans shift. You can often change the dates of your booking, depending on availability and our cancellation policy. On a monthly stay, see extending or ending a long stay early instead.

Rebook within the free cancellation period

• If you are still 7 or more days before check-in, cancel your booking and rebook instantly for your new dates.
• Prices may vary depending on the dates you select, but you always see the updated cost before confirming.

Request a change closer to your stay

• If you are within 7 days of arrival, you can request a date change.
• Our team will check availability and confirm whether the change is possible.
• If it is approved, your booking is updated straight away.

If the change is not possible

• If your new dates are not available, your original booking stays in place.
• Cancellations within 7 days of check-in may only be partially refundable, depending on the situation.
• In special cases such as travel disruption, you may be eligible for a full refund under our guest cancellation policy.
