Extending or ending a long stay early
Monthly stays have no fixed-term lock-in beyond the first month. Extend, shorten or move out early with notice, and keep the same apartment across contracts.
Long stays are built to move with your plans. There is no commitment beyond the first month, and bookings can be modified or extended with notice.
Extending
Tell us as early as you can, ideally before your current month ends, so we can hold the apartment. If it is already booked by someone else for the dates you need, we will offer another apartment in the same building where possible. Many contractors stay across several contracts and return to the same building each time; the booking simply rolls on.
To extend, message us with your booking reference and the new end date. See how to update or extend the dates of your stay.
Ending early
If your project ends early or your plans change, you can shorten the stay with notice. The notice period for your booking is in your confirmation. Give notice in writing, by email or message, and we will confirm your final night and any adjustment to your last invoice.
Moving out
Check-out is by 10:00 on your final day, the same as any stay. See check-in and check-out times. Your deposit is returned after check-out, less any damage or extra cleaning.
Cancelling before you arrive
The 7-day full-refund rule in our cancellation policy applies to short stays. Monthly bookings have their own cancellation terms, shown at checkout before you pay and in your confirmation. If you need to cancel a monthly booking before arrival, contact us as soon as you know.
