Check-in and check-out times

Check-in is from 15:00 on your arrival day. Check-out is by 10:00 on your departure day. The times are the same at all seven buildings.

Why the times are fixed

Every apartment is cleaned to hotel standard between stays, with fresh linen and towels. The gap between 10:00 and 15:00 is when that happens. Arriving early or leaving late is possible when the schedule allows it, but it has to be arranged, not assumed. See early check-in and late check-out.

Checking in

You do not need to arrive at 15:00 exactly. Your access code works from 15:00 onwards, so you can arrive in the evening or late at night without telling us. If you want to arrive before 15:00, ask first. See how self check-in works.

Checking out

Before you leave:

• Take everything with you, including anything in the fridge and chargers left in sockets.
• Close and lock all windows and doors.
• If you had a key from a key box, put it back in the box and lock it.
• Leave the apartment in a reasonable condition. You do not need to clean, but rubbish should be in the bin and the kitchen should not be left with dirty dishes.

There is no check-out desk. Once you have left and the door is locked, you are done. If you have feedback on the stay, reply to any of our emails or use the contact page.
