House rules
The rules every guest agrees to when booking a Flexiestays apartment, covering occupancy, noise, parties, smoking, pets, damage and what happens if they are broken.
When you book, you agree to the house rules for your apartment. They are in your booking confirmation and summarised here. They exist so that every guest, and the neighbours, get a quiet and comfortable stay.
The rules
- Only the guests on your booking may stay. Give the correct number of guests when you book. Unregistered visitors may not stay overnight.
- No parties or events. Apartments are for the people staying in them.
- Keep noise down, especially between late evening and morning. Most of our buildings have residents and other guests on the same floor.
- Respect the property. Do not damage anything or remove furnishings. Report accidental damage straight away rather than leaving it to be found.
- No pets unless agreed in writing. Only apartments marked pet-friendly accept dogs, and only by prior agreement. Registered assistance dogs are welcome by arrangement. See pets and assistance dogs.
- No unlawful activity on the premises.
- Do not share your access code with anyone outside your booking.
If the rules are broken
Under our terms and conditions, a serious breach can end your stay immediately without a refund, and you may be charged for damage or extra cleaning. We would much rather never do that, so if something has gone wrong, talk to us. Our team is available 24 hours a day and would rather solve a problem than escalate it.
Neighbours
If you are disturbed by noise from another apartment, or you are worried about anything in the building, contact us rather than confronting anyone. See problems during your stay.
