Most apartments do not allow pets. A selection accept well-behaved dogs by prior agreement, and registered assistance dogs are welcome everywhere by arrangement.

Assistance dogs
If you are travelling with a registered assistance dog, tell us when you book or as soon as possible afterwards, so we can note it on your booking and make sure the apartment suits you both. There is no charge. Our anti-discrimination policy sets out our commitment to guests with disabilities.
Dogs in pet-friendly apartments
Pet-friendly apartments are marked in the listings. To find them:
- Use the Pet-friendly filter when searching for a stay.
- Message us before you book so we can confirm the apartment accepts your dog and note it on the booking.
Agreement has to be in writing before you arrive. A dog in an apartment that has not been agreed is a breach of the house rules, and the stay can be ended with cleaning charges applied.
Other animals
Cats and other animals are not accepted. If you are not sure whether a specific apartment allows your pet, ask before you book. Contact details are on the contact page.
