Instant Book and booking requests
Most Flexiestays apartments confirm instantly when you pay. A few are reviewed within a few hours first. Minimum stays, weekend pricing and what happens after you book.
Availability on flexiestays.com is live. When you pay for an apartment marked Instant Book, the stay is confirmed straight away. A small number of apartments are reviewed by our team first, usually within a few hours, and confirmed once that is done.

- Choose your dates and apartment.
- Pay in full, or choose the 25% now and the balance later option where it is offered.
- Your confirmation email arrives immediately. See your booking confirmation and check-in details.
Booking requests
Where an apartment needs a review, you will see that before you pay. We check the request within a few hours and confirm it by email. If we cannot accept it, your payment is refunded in full.
Minimum stay
Most apartments accept a two-night minimum. Some require three nights on peak summer weekends and bank holidays. Stays of 28 nights or more switch to monthly rates. See what counts as a long stay.
Weekend pricing
Friday and Saturday nights are priced slightly higher than midweek. The full breakdown is shown before you pay, with no supplements added at the end. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
Booking for someone else
You can book for another person, but the guest staying must be named on the booking and must follow the house rules. Tell us at the time of booking who will be staying, so the check-in instructions reach the right person.
