In the apartment
- Kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, cookware, crockery and cutlery. Apartments have a full kitchen; some rooms at Shore Retreat and Coast are hotel-style rooms rather than apartments, so check the listing.
- Washing machine in apartments, so longer stays do not need a laundrette.

- Bed linen and towels, freshly laundered for your arrival.
- Iron and hair dryer.

At the building

Not included by default
- Mid-stay cleaning on stays of seven nights or fewer. It can be added for a fee. See cleaning and linen.
